This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how we collect, use, store and disclose information about you when you use our Services.

1. Scope and Applicability

This Policy describes how BeatARFID collects, uses, stores and discloses information about you when you use our Services. We do not comply with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or other non‑U.S. privacy laws.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide

Contact data

User content

If you submit patient stories, testimonials, reviews or other content, that content may include personal information. Do not submit sensitive health information or information that you do not want public.

Meal Tracker data

For purposes of this Policy, references to the "Meal Tracker" include any meal‑tracking tool we may offer, regardless of its branded name. If you use the Meal Tracker, you may choose to enter dietary preferences, food aversions, meal schedules, meal goals, meal intake, body measurements, moods, meal outcomes and other notes. The Meal Tracker may be used by parents or legal guardians to record information about their minor children. Do not enter medical diagnoses, medication lists or other protected health information. We do not wish to receive or store such information, and any sensitive information you enter is at your own risk.

Important: We may aggregate and anonymize Meal Tracker data for research, analytics and commercial purposes, as described in the "How We Use Information" section.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. However, parents or legal guardians may use the Meal Tracker or other features to record information about their minor children. We rely on the parent or guardian to provide that information and to consent to its collection, use and disclosure as described in this Policy. We do not use children's data to contact them or for marketing purposes, and we will delete any personal information collected directly from a child if we learn that no parental consent was provided. If you are under 18, you should use the Services only with a parent or guardian.
